Fish Herb Broil Low/No Sugar Wheat/Gluten-Free Bon Appétit
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons drained capers
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 fresh parsley sprigs

Preparation Preheat broiler. Mince first 5 ingredients together. Brush baking sheet lightly with oil. Place fish on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle onion mixture over fish. Season with pepper. Broil until fish is just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon over fish and serve.
