  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup crã¨me fraã®che
