Preparation Using peeler, remove peel from lime (green part only) in strips. Combine peel, tequila and jalapeños in glass jar with tight-fitting lid. Chill overnight. Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 3 tablespoons tequila and 3/4 cup tonic water into each.
