I got this recipe from Alton Brown's "Good Eats" I have added spinach so there is a good veggie in it! You absolutely can't taste the spinach. My 5 year old loves this.

  • 5 oz soy or almond milk
  • 5 oz frozen strawberries
  • 5 oz frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 each frozen banana
  • 2 oz fresh spinach

All measurements are by weight. The night before, fill your blender "pitcher" with all ingredients and place in the refrigerator. Place blender pitcher on a digital scale and measure ingredients by weight. The next morning, place on blender base and "chop" for about 1 minute. If needed..... Pulse a number of times to get desired consistency. Enjoy
