Sift and measure flour into bowl with sugar and salt; add butter and mix like pie crust. When blended add egg yolks and yeast mixture and beat with wooden spoon till all liquid is gone, then knead. Dough is done when dough no longer sticks to sides of bowl or your hands. Cover with clean dish towel store in refrigerator overnight. Roll on dry board (no flour) to about the thickness of pie crust or a little thicker. Spread with nut filling and roll. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Beat one egg well and brush on top and sides of each roll (this browns the roll). Let set for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. NUT FILLING 2 lbs walnuts ground very fine (this makes 8 cups). 4 cups sugar Mix well
