  • 1 batch basil pesto
  • fresh garlic to taste
  • 2 tb chipotles in adobo

Heat the pesto in a sauce pan over low heat. Slowly add the cream, stirring often. Add the chipotles whenever. Cook and stir until sauce thickens. This is my own recipe. This is great over pasta and chicken! Hope it helps. Hopefully I will be able to spend some time figuring out mastercook soon, so I can really de-lurk!
