  • 2 jalapenos
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 medium (or 2 large) avocados
  • 3 green tomatoes medium
  • 4 fresh tomatillos
  • 3 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1.5 cups sour cream (or to taste) (i usually use less)

1. Peel avocados and place them in a blender. 2. In a medium saucepan, boil tomates, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes. To keep from burning, add a splash of water. 3. Remove from saucepan and place all ingredients in a blender with avocados. 4. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.
