  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 cup raw sugar (turbinado)
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sage
