  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1st bowl (small) - do not use entire batch at once
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 2nd bowl (large)
  • 4 russet potatoes sliced into fries
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan shredded

Soak fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Dry off well with a towel and toss with oil. Bake on parchment lined sheet at 400F for 30 minutes (flip halfway). Crisp up at 425F for a few minutes. Sprinkle with desired seasoning and Parmesan.
