  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

Preparation Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ginger, honey, vinegar and poppy seeds in small bowl; whisk to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. (Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Combine all fruit in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. Serve chilled.
