  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Preparation Combine diced mango, yogurt, 1 cup ice cubes, milk, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground cardamom in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
