  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 pound chicken breast cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup olive oil or butter
  • 1 stick celery diced
  • 1/2 cup spinach frozen, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 box gnocchi

Melt butter (or use oil) in dutch oven on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté. Add chicken and cook thoroughly. Add flour and mix well until flour is cooked into the chicken. Add milk and heavy cream. Add celery and spinach. Add chicken broth. Cover and simmer 10 minutes Add gnocchi and cook additionally 4 minutes.
