Great dip to take to parties, I usually use taco meat instead of the refried beans.

  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 head lettuce shredded
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 16 ounces refried beans or 1lb taco meat
  • 6 ounces black olives sliced drained
  • 2 cups cheddar shredded

In medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and the refried beans, or cook the hamburger and taco seasoning. Spread into container. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and spread over meat. Top with layers of salsa, tomato, green bell pepper, green onions, lettuce, cheddar. Finish with black olives. Serve with corn chips.
