Batter: Whisk the eggs in a large bowl with the vanilla, butter, and milk. Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Mix well. Slowly add the dry mixture to the eggs and whisk as you go. Cooking: Place 3 tablespoons batter on waffle cone machine set on 3-4 and cook for approximately 90 seconds. Temperature and time depend on machine and personal preference. Place cooked waffle on dry area and use waffle cone roller to make cone shapes or place over the bottom of a bowl to make waffle bowls.
