Delicious and easy! I usually form the coated corn into balls, the size of baseballs. It's just easier to share when you can grab your own ball instead of wrestling to tare some off of one big chunk.

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup uncooked popcorn or 2 packets salted microwave popped

Melt butter, brown sugar. stir in marshmallows until melted and blended. Stir over popcorn to coat - I like using pre made salted popcorn so I use microwave or store bought pre made movie style popcorn. I have made it with regular pop corn from my air popper too. its all delicious - I just prefer the salty popcorn with the sweet caramel. This carmel corn can also be formed into balls (which I usually do).
