  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
