INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or grease an 13 x 9-inch baking pan* In a large bowl, combine the dressings, sour cream, chives, bacon, potatoes and ½ cup of the cheese. Place potato mixture in prepared pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and stir. Turn oven temperature to 400 degree F. Return pan to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese over the potatoes. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with green onion. Makes 6-8 servings.
