1. Make gastrique by adding apple cider vinegar, turbinado sugar, brown sugar, worscestershire sauce, and soy sauce to saucepan and mix well. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 10 miinutes to reduce volume slightly. 2. Turn off heat. 3. Add all spices and set aside for 1/2 hour. 4. Add ketchup, corn syrup, maple syrup, and whsikey and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Do not allow to boil.
