  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 package of pasta (shell or round)
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded ricotta cheese
  • 4 diced tomatoes
  • 4 large artichokes chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup black olives sliced

Cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic in oil, until vegetables are tender. Add the diced tomatoes, and cook another 5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft. Stir in all the other ingredients, except the Mozzarella cheese, pasta, and olives. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the cheese sauce and the olives. Spinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Place in microwave oven and heat until cheese is melted.
