Easiest recipe of all time. I always omit the sausage and chickpeas. A half jar of salsa (or full jar if you like spicy) works instead of Rot-el tomatoes too. Serve with chips, fresh tomatoes, avacodo and cilantro.

  • 1/2 pound smoked, cooked sausage
  • 1 14 ounce can rot-el tomatoes & chilies
  • 1 15 ounce can chick peas
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans drained
  • 1 15 ounce can white beans drained
  • 1 15 ounce can kidney beans drained
