Add sliced onions and heat until they are a little brown then add chopped tomatoes. Cover the sufuria for 3 minutes to allow them to tender Add chopped cabbage and stir to mix. Add I/4cup of water and cover it again for 5mins. Remove them from the heat then serve while its still hot with ugali
