This marinade is delicious, easy and fast! I marinated chicken with it. MiMi marinated pork tenderloin with it. Both were yummy!

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken, other meat or vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves of fresh garlic
