  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup green pepper sliced
  • 7 cups cucumbers sliced not peeled

Put onions, cucumbers and peppers in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid over cucumber mix and refrigerate. Can be kept for up 4 months in frig.
