  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 5 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 can plum tomatoes crushed
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional or to taste

Sautee the garlic in the olive oil until soft but not burned. Add the tomatoes and seasonings. Cook for about 40 minutes on low heat with cover off. Serve over linguini.
