  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1 small onion rough chopped
  • 1 serrano chiles rough chopped
  • 20 sprigs cilantro
  • 1 can rotel original tomatoes
  • 1 pinch sugar optional

Add all onion, garlic and serrano to Cuisinart Mini Prep. Whir it up. Add in the juice of half a lime, cilantro and a good dash of salt. Whir it up again. Add tomatoes and whir it up again. Taste. Adjust seasonings as needed. Chill.
