  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/2 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp italian parsley chopped
  • 1/8 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp carrot finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp radishes finely chopped
