This is a protein-rich breakfast to keep me full throughout the morning. I make large batches of it (dry) that last several weeks.

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond slices
  • 1/2 cup puffed buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (of choice)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar/ coconut sugar

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large, air tight storage container. Combine 1/2 cup of mix with a milk of choice (almond/soy/coconut milk, zymil, milk) and a piece of fresh fruit. I can't eat most nuts so this recipe could be ammped up with more nuts, if desired.
