  • 2 cups baby spinach (sliced if desired)
  • 1 jar tapenade (i used sun dried tomato)
  • 4 oz. feta cheese
  • 1/4 up green onions (sliced)
  • 1/4 up black olives

To Assemble: 1. Spread hummus on a 12 inch serving platter 2. Arrange spinach atop hummus, leaving a 1-inch border of hummus 3. Spoon on Tapenade, leaving a 1 inch border of spinach 4. Drain liquid from tomato mixture; discard liquid. Spoon on leaving a 1 inch border of Tapenade. 5. Sprinkle Feta cheese over tomato mixture. 6. Top with green onions and olives. Serve with warm pita wedges. Enjoy!
