  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 bundles asparagus
  • parmesan grated to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash the asparagus and chop of the woody ends (lower 2 inches). Place in a single row on a baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper, then toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with more parmesan and serve.
