great flavor, very versatile. Good served warm, or cold. I like to add matchstick carrots, or snow peas. This would also be good with thinly sliced chicken. You can leave out the peanut butter, or substitute another nut butter.

  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup ponzu(or plain soy sauce)
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 heaping spoonful natural peanut butter(or to taste)

Cook pasta according to package directions In a bowl add remaining ingredients. Whisk until well combined. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Mix until pasta is covered with sauce. The longer it sits, the better. This will allow the pasta to absorb all the sauce.
