  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon mexican oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro

Mix all spices together store in an airtight, non-plastic container. Note: 8T of spices are in one standard jar. 2 Tbs of the mixture should be combined with 1 lb of hamburger and 1/2 c of water. Stir and cook until hamburger is well browned and the water has completely evaporated.
