1. In a large pot, combine veg broth, links, onion, green onion, bell pepper, bay leaves, lemon pepper, and serranos. Simmer for 20 minutes. 2. Add pasta shells and simmer another 7 to 9 minutes, until cooked tender. 3. Add peas and heat to warm. Ladle into bowls and serve.
