This is a super easy tasty vinaigrette. You can adjust the oil/vinegar ratio to your liking (I prefer it on the sharp side). Sometimes I will substitute pesto for the dried basil/garlic which gives it a different character. Or I'll had crumbled blue cheese for a blue cheese "Blue Cheese Vinaigrette". Try taking an avocado, cutting it in half -- remove the seed without damaging the avocado. Pour "Vinaigrette" in the hole and eat with a spoon. Yummy!!!
