1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk and beat until well mixed. Sift together flour and salt. Add to first mixture and beat until smooth. Beat in 4 Tbsp. melted butter. refrigerate overnight. (this is necessary) 2. For each pancake melt a dab of b utter in 6 inch griddle or frying pan. Fry until golden brown on one side, loosen thoroughly underneath, turn and brown on second side. Continue until all pancakes are made.
