Use slow cooker. 1. Coat pan with olive oil 2. layer sliced onions to form base at bottom of pan 3. place tenderloin on top of onions 4. Add wine (white or red) and chicken broth (should come up to about half way on the tenderloin, not totally submerge it) 5. Add a dash of lemon, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce 6. Slow cook for 8 hours on low Serve with quinoa or potatoes.
