Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and thyme. Cook approx 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until veggies are tender. Stir in tomato paste and salt. Cook 1 min. Stir in the beans, okra, and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 5 min or until okra is tender. Whisk in peanut butter and cayenne and simmer 1 min longer. Serve warm.
