  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash cayenne
  • 2 cups corn oil

Mix dry ingredients; blend in egg yolks. Add vinegar and mix well. Add oil, 1 teaspoon at a time beating with an electric beater until 1/4 cup has been added. Add remaining oil in increasing amounts, alternating the last 1/2 cup with lemon juice. Beat in 1 tablespoons of hot water.
