  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh ground pepper
  • dash salt
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounce cream cheese

In a small saucepan, place cream cheese, butter, garlic, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Over med, high heat bring to a mild boil whisking frequently. 3-4min. Reduce heat to low and whisk constantly for 7 min. Remove from heat and let stand uncovered for 5 min. Serve over pasta of your choice
