  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 tbsp diced onion
  • 1 tsp (heaping) mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheese i mix sharp, white cheddar & swiss
  • dry seasoned bread crumbs

Mix mayonnaise with milk, mustard, salt & pepper, then add onion and cheese. Cook macaroni per package directions and drain. Then fold into the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Pour into 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Eat!
