From Thrive by Brendan Brazier pp 212. I increased the cinnamon and nutmeg and add some alt milk for some of the water. I've never made it with the barley flakes or sprouted or cooked buckwheat. I use hemp seeds instead of hemp protein.

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 bananas
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 heaping tsp
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg heaping 1/2 tsp
  • 2 cups water or water and alt milk
