Brown ground beef/venison and drain. Add all ingredients except red pepper and masa flour. Stir. Add red pepper to taste. Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally or crock pot on low. For thicker chili mix masa flour and additional 1/4 cup warm water and add to chili. Simmer for additional 15-20 minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese and saltine crackers. Put on top of rice if desired.
