Gerry Morton's Chicken Marinade
For chicken, I would mix one part Fischer & Weiss Mango Pomegranite sauce with one part Stubb's Moppin Sauce or Mesquite Marinade (or both). Sprinkle with chicken seasoning. This will do about 5-7 lbs of chicken. Marinade the chicken for at least 5 hours and can go as long as overnight. I also filet the chicken breast so that they are never more than about 1/2 thick.
