  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound pasta i used gnocchi, it's the only one available
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • bacon if desired

1. Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Mix flour until smooth and golden brown. 3. Mix milk, garlic, salt, pepper, bacon and cinnamon. Stir constantly until texture is even. 4. Mix parmesan cheese and top over pasta. 5. Enjoy. =)
