I don't like eggs. I know, shocker! That said, this is one of favorite things to make for breakfast or brunch. You can even make it the night before and keep it in the fridge. Yeah!

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3/4 cube butter melted
  • 1 pound cheddar grated
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked breakfast meat (any combination)
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
