This is a salad dressing I made on a whim, it would also make a good vegetable dip

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons stilton cheese crumble off a block/wedge
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 dash hot pepper sauce i like cholula for this
  • 1/4 teaspoon chef paul vegetable magic substitute your favorite

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. I used a fork to mix thoroughly, leaving some clumps of the Stilton. I used it sparingly over a mixed salad, but I could see this as aa great dip for a vegetable platter.
