  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour (i used whole wheat)
  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1/3 cup 1% or any milk
  • 1/4 tsp pepper & cinnamon

Sice mushrooms through caps & stems. In saucepan, cook mushrooms with onion in margarine/oil for 5 mins. Blend in flur, add broth. Cook and stir till slightly thickened. Cool slightly. Stir in milk, pepper, & nutmeg. Heat through. Serve at once.
