Preheat oven 350F. Cook the bacon until it is crispy and drain on a paper towel. Pour the grease into a measuring cup. Crumble the bacon. Whisk the ground flax, flour, baking powder, and wheat germ. Stir bacon bits into mixture. Warm the creamy peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the peanut butter, bacon grease, and water. Whisk with a fork until combined. Make a well in the flour mixture. Pour the wet mixture into the well. Stir to combine all the ingredients. Use your hands to knead the dough lightly while in the bowl. Roll the dough onto a large sheet of parchment paper. Place another piece of paper on top to create a dough sandwich. Roll the dough to a 1/2" thickness. Cut into shapes. Lightly spray a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes and then turn the oven off, leaving the biscuits to cool for 2 hours or overnight in the oven.
