  • 1/4 ts celery salt
  • 1/4 c sugar i use dark brown
  • black peppe r to taste
  • 1 ts texas pete
  • 1/8 ts curry powder (up to 1/4)

This is a recipe that I have been working on for a couple of months. It is very flexible to suit your taste. Mix and heat to a light boil then simmer. Then add the Juice from 1/2 Lemon and serve. A dash of liquid smoke can be added, not for smoke flavor but for the bitter taste it has. By the way I have also been working on a hotdog chili if your interested.
