For Steak, I would mix one part Stubb's Moppin Sauce, one part (any brand) Mesquite marinade and one part (any brand) Herb and Garlic Marinade. Mix in a modest amount of steak seasoning (whatever is in your cupboard, but not one that is "smoky") if you want. Three full bottles should be enough for up to 10 lbs of steak. I recommend that you get Strip steaks and that you marinade for 5-8 hours (not more).
