  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 pound turkey breast i use a split breast
  • spritz with olive oil
  • seasoning of choice

1. Rub butter under skin. 2. Spritz with olive oil. 3. Sprinkle with seasoning. 4. Use lower rack in Big Boss air fryer. Spritz rack with olive oil and place breast on rack. 5. Cook at 460° for 1 hour,Breast side down,turn half way through. 5. Let cool and slice.
